Asset Verification

After a civil suit, the winning party is awarded their claim through a judgment imposed by the court. The party who is subject to the judgment is required to either pay the claim immediately or disclose their assets so that they can be attached to satisfy the claim. Unfortunately, a judgment does not guarantee payment. Many times, the loosing party will hide their assets in a last effort not to pay on the claim.

In some instances, clients desire to verify the assets of a person before entering into a business contract with them. The more financially solvent a person is, the less the risk of default will be.

Searching for public assets is not as simple as some online search companies will lead you to believe. Many public records are not readily available in mainstream databases.  There are many methods of hiding assets, through corporations and family members, which will not directly tie to the person in a general search. Our asset verification services do a deep dive into the person’s personal and business network in order to uncover assets, which are purposely located in under aliases, trust accounts, and in make shift corporations.  Let the professionals conduct your asset search to ensure that you will be well informed and able to collect on your judgment.
